HOW?  Meat from a liquidator?  YES!!  This is how.  We have a relationship with a large meat processor supplying companies such as Good Food, Chef's Plate, Food Baics, Sysco and more.  We can offer you better pricing because it is not our main source of income.  While we cannot compete when a grocer prices items as a loss leader to get you to come in, on a daily basis we can beat their pricing hands down.   Big ordering companies always require a 10% production increase (just in case they need it) but they are not required to take it.  This is where we get our supply, the beef/pork over runs.  We can offer the over runs at a discounted price which helps you and our processing friends.  This product is exactly what is being bought and sold by these large retailers/services.
