Auction winnings MUST be picked up
the Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (10am - 3pm)
IMMEDIATELY following the auction they are won in.
It is the responsibility of winning bidders to ensure they have received all items when picking up. Do not leave after picking up without confirming that you have all items, refunds are not given after leaving if you are missing something.
If your account is not "Always Deliver" and you want delivery you must request it.
Requests accepted by email only. Cut Off for delivery requests : Mondays 3pm
Orders not picked up/delivered as per policy are subject to a $20 storage fee each week.
Please only bid if you can comply.
Items will be thrown away or relisted after 4 consecutive weeks if not picked up.
