Auction winnings MUST be picked up the Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (10am - 3pm)
IMMEDIATELY following the auction they are won in.

Anyone can pick up for you.  They just need your name and Invoice Number.

WE ARE NOT OPEN FRIDAY
Doors are locked and/or you will be turned away. No exceptions.

It is the winning bidders responsibility to ensure they have all items and are correct before leaving the premisis.  Missing items after leaving are not refundable.  We have found many items in the parking lot are being dropped while loading.  We cannot be responsible for items missing after completing your pick up.

We are not able to accommodate any special requests or pick ups outside of the listed days/hours.
No need to to email us about not being able to pick up - we will know when the item is still here.  Emails concerning this are not answered as there are no exceptions to the pick up policy.

Orders requesting delivery must be paid for and shipped by Tuesday. Requests MUST be made by email. Latest request accepted-3pm Monday.

Orders not picked up/delivered as per policy are subject to a $20 storage fee each week.
Please only bid if you can comply.

 

Buy It Now Purchases
Must be picked up within 10 days of purchase.

Items not picked up within the policy time frames are considered forfeit.
