Shipping Info - We Ship Across Canada

We are not able to provide estimates.  You can use CanadaPost.ca to get an estimate.  Until we package an order we will not know the weight and measurements.  Apologies for this but it has become  an issue each week with dozens of requests for estimates.

If you require shipping - DO NOT pay the original invoice.  Wait for the revised invoice to be sent.  (Auction winnings or Buy It Now Purchases)

If your account is set up as " I Always Require Shipping" wait for the revised invoice to come on Friday.  No need to email us.
Do not change your details to "I Always Require Delivery" after an invoice is created and expect auto delivery.  We would not know about this change if you do not notify us.
Delivery Requests - Please email by end of day Saturday if you need to request delivery if your account is not set up for shipping.  We will still accept on Monday and Tuesday as well if your circumstances change.

We are not able to take requests for delivery on Tuesdays - the last day of pick up.  You will need to still pick up or storage fee is charged.

How We Determine The Shipping Cost

We will combine and box your winnings as best we can to ensure shipping costs are kept to a minimum.
We charge Canada Post listed rates.
After we box your item(s) we will weight and measure package and send you revised invoice.

If you cancel a shipping request after we have already put the labour and boxing into the order, there will be a $9.99 charge.

Remember, do not pay an invoice without the delivery added if delivery is required.  Wait for the revised invoice.

Not Shippable - Some items are always not shippable - Glass, fragile, liquids, TV's, monitors and other items that may not be listed here. REGARDLESS if it says shippable or not in listing, if you buy/win this type of item and request shipping the risk/responsibility is completely on the client.  Canada Post will not take responsibility or insure the shipment.  We will send the items out, but understand we are not a shipping company.  We do not have all the proper packing materials and we will not open and repack items better than they are  already packaged.  Please do not order fragile or liquid items if you require delivery - refund / replacement claims will not be entertained.
